I was told my car would be done same day @ 2:00, showed up at 3:00. Text my advisor and no response for 1 hour. 4:00 was told that it would be another hour and asked if I wanted to take my rental car home and pick up car next day or wait another hour. Picked up car next day. Paid over $1000 for basically Ian oil change and tires rotated. Everything else was inspections and fluids topped off. I accepted charges, but am very frustrated with how much Lexus charges a year for basic services. Every time I bring my car in it is always a 2 day service which to me is unsatisfactory. I do like having the rental car but very inconvenient to have to plan 2 days for a service.

Tho I felt something while driving my car, and the tech did not see or hear anything. I had my brother with me while we both felt the car dip in while taking a left turn. And it did it twice when taking a left turn. Right away I called Lexus and took it in. Just a little disappointed nothing was done, they just drove it around and looked at it, is what I was told. I wish they looked further more into it. I was expecting maybe opening up something underneath to look into it. But that was not the case.

My vehicle was with you guys for 3 weeks my car was dropped off on the 1/2/25 I picked it up today 1/23/25.I repeatedly asked Miguel to give me a time frame and at week two when i asked for an update I got nothing. I ended up being transferred to him when I asked for a manager (they were off)I hung up on him and he called back saying he thinks we got disconnected and I more vulgarly said no I hung up on you cause I don’t want to talk or deal with you, you haven’t answered any of my request just gave me generic responses. I hung up again then spoke to lead Alfred who spoke with Miguel and at two weeks the wheel repair people still never went to the shop and that he’s aware of it now and will handle it. He left me a VM stating it’ll be ready end of day Tuesday or early Wednesday and I was never called, I had to call and left a VM for Alfred and Miguel called me back stating it’s ready and getting paper work together for it. I was nice to him this time but he mention 3 wheels repair, I only knew of the two I showed him, it’s under a warranty and doesn’t cost me anything now but still would like to aware of it. Only reason I’m coming back is because of Tony, he’s the services department saving grace to keeping a customer.i asked for the manager today and he had already went to lunch at 11am. My opinion y’all should promote Tony. I hate complaining but when it gets to a point I have to then the situation is bad.

I received top notch service as what Lexus stands for. Kay treated me very well and answered all my questions in a knowledgeable fashion. If I would ever go back I will dub to work with her with all of my service duties of my vehicle. Also,the snacks were delight.
