Glen is the best, I brought our car down unannounced needed it serviced in an emergency situation and that the vehicle needed to go back up to our family in Los Angeles, dealing with the fires and such. He was able to do all that for us, family up there is staying in hotels so having a vehicle was most important and Glen came through making sure it was serviced and safe to drive which I told him we’d greatly appreciate it and I’m glad we’re able to let somebody know and Management, how extremely pleased we are with Glen and everything he did. Christian has been a great help with all my car maintenance needs. I took my car in for a sunroof problem back in November and that’s when I had Christian as my service rep. He was so helpful back then that I decided to call on him to schedule my 5k maintenance. He did not disappoint & his customer service skills are 100%!

I realized that the way your serviceman are probably trained, they are at very ease to be unwelcoming, cold, and radiating to customer that TGEY ARE DOING A HUGE FAVOR TO THE CUSTOMER, by doing a half **** job..

They tried to tell me I need new spar plugs badly at a cost of $1000, they did not know I got new plugs at Lexus of Riverside few months before. They were simply trying to scam me who it checking the car first
