Tyler, so very happy how well & carefully he treated me. This is my first time for service in my first meeting with him I’m so thoroughly satisfied I was used to going to Carlsbad in the past for my service, but I absolutely will to see Tyler for all of my needs even reached for my hand to help me up the curb after my car was serviced he came into the lounge sat next to me and talk to me to tell me how everything went again. I love it when people are nice and good person that represents Lexus you are lucky to have him

Michael was great, very friendly. However my tpms is still on for the spare tire which I was told would get taken care of and it didn’t. I still have to bring my vehicle back for the brakes because the parts have to be ordered. I will need a loaner vehicle for that which I was told needs to be requested in advance.
