I was very impressed with the service at Metro Lexus. Cassie did a great job coordinating my appointment including discussing additional work needed on my GX460. Cassie kept me informed and when additional time was required to address additional work, she improved my loaner to something that fit my needs better. I’ve had service on my other vehicle at a local Mercedes dealer and Metro’s service department was many times better. I’ll definitely keep coming back to Metro Lexus.
