Hi, i understand that you guys care an aweful lot about this process and taking care of the customer, which is why I’m typing this now to you. I was in fact absolutely satisfied and happy with my visit with you guys this week. Your staff is amazing, everything was so perfect, the only issue was that I had an appointment at 1:00pm, I had a loaner arranged for that time, I was late about 13minutes, I was told to sit and didn’t get called until 1:50pm, didn’t get out of there until after 2:00pm. So that kinda sucked but it’s no big deal at all to me, but someone else may get really upset and since you’re looking for feedback I thought I’d bring this up. I understand these things happen, i admit I did look at my watch a few times but I didn’t leave upset, im happy with the whole visit. Maybe this is the normal wait time and I’m wrong for assuming it shouldn’t be that long, I don’t know, just pointing it out. Ok thanks. YoYou y

I was told I’d have a loan car. Once my car was checked in, I was told there were no loan cars available. I had to go offsite to a rental agency, give them all my personal info, and stand in the rain. The car smelled awful. I had to reschedule an important appointment because I was too late. Had I known this, I would have rescheduled the service appointment instead.

Do NOT recommend buying a vehicle here or getting any service done here. They do not care about their customers or about doing the right thing. Purchased an L- certified 2020 Lexus RX 350 and upon bringing it in for my first oil change I was notified by service that one of my tires which was previously repaired and cannot be repaired again must be replaced. I attempted to talk to service and their manager and explain that an L certified vehicle undergoing such rigorous inspection should not have been sold to me this way and that they need to replace the tire, And also because the vehicle is AWD They actually have to replace all four. Service texted me that they would go 50-50 with me on the one tire. I said that is not OK and I want to speak to a manager. The used car manager called me Proceeded to tell me That a previously repaired tire with a patch does not disqualify a car from being certified as an L certified vehicle and He would go ahead and replace the one tire for me. I continue to explain that on an all-wheel-drive Vehicle you must replace all four. Again, he said that is not the case and that is not something he could do. I even called Lexus of Henderson and they confirmed a patched tire wouldn’t have passed L Certification. Not even disclosed to us
