Cassie was very nice and explained everything to us. We bought our Lexus in October at Classic BMW, Willoughby Hills. This was our first time getting maintenance on the vehicle. Metro Lexus has a great service department. Cassie showed us the waiting room personally, and where to get coffee or tea. We were kept informed via text how our vehicle was progressing. Cassie came to get us as soon as the car was ready. Our Lexus gx460 was also cleaned and washed. Exceptional service. We will be having all our vehicle's work done at Metro Lexus!
