When I had arrived I was not greeted. When it was time to pick up my car the paperwork was not given to me nor was I told what they did to the vehicle. It felt like I was not valued or properly treated.

I arrived at 8:00 am on the dot to drop off my car and no one came out to greet me until 8:15. Also never received an update during the day. I had to contact my service advisor via text, and left a voicemail. Wasn’t even sure if my car was ready when I arrived at 5:30 pm and sat in the rental car for 15 minutes until I finally got out of the car and went in to the building to find Jesse to get an update on whether I needed to return the rental or if my car was ready
He never even went over the diagnostic testing or how my car did with the maintenance check
Lastly, when I got into my car to go home, there was a half drunk bottle of water in my cupholder. Would suggest that people working on the car remove their drinks and food before returning it to the customer.
