Tyler is easy to communicate with and very efficient, and there is no pressure to add more service than what I need. Also I like the dealership, easy to park, not crowded, open feeling show room

I am disappointed with Lexus because my service guy said I needed front rotors and brakes for $979. Two other mechanics said nothing is wrong with the front rotors but the front brakes, rear brakes and rotors need to be replaced. I had requested Lexus check both passenger tires for leaks because I had to put air in the front passenger tire multiple times. I was told nothing was wrong with of either tire. Two other mechanics said they found a nail in the front passenger tire. Additionally, the other mechanics spotted an oil leak that Lexus failed to notice. I have zero faith in your service department.
