We’ve bought 3 cars from Lexus of Valencia. Scott and Bryan were my service advisors for decades. After they both retired, I was afraid I would not find another SA as good as they were.
Jesse and I clicked immediately. I knew right away that he was my new guy. Great service.
In addition, the service manager made a point of coming over to me to introduce himself.
Not sure what you guys are doing differently, but keep it up. It’s great.
