The service advisor, Anthony Lee, was top notch! The people who handled all the checkin and pick up were great. The issue was the loaner. I was told Greenleaf would supply my loaner. When checking out the loaner I had to $100 as a hold. Never had to do this before. Then the problem is I was loaned a bare bones Corolla cheap car with very few safety features. Horrible car and not comparable to a Lexus. It ran but that’s all I can say. No blind side monitoring feature, no pick up just a bad experience. Soured my entire experience. If someone buys a Lexus they do not expect to get a low level Toyota! Not the Lexus brand experience. Bottom line I didn’t feel safe in it.

Once again, the maintenance was excellent, but the complimentary car wash wash the issue. The paper floor mat remained in the car with a plastic wrap and a microfiber cloth. Cross the finish stronger next time!
