While Jose was great, responsive, professional and gracious we don't understand why, if we had the vehicle in for its 100K checkup less than 400 miles ago, it would just be discovered that it needs front rotors and pads this time.
We brought it in because the brake pedal was nearly touching the floor and it felt like the brakes were grabbing or something.So although Jose gave us a $75 discount we still paid nearly $1,700.00 for the checkup in Dec and the brake rotors/pads.

The staff is awesome.. the gentleman who checked me in(I feel terrible because I don’t recall his name- friendly, welcoming and very patient while I looked for my driver’s license and insurance paper) plus Vince. I truly depend on Vince to take care of my car. He always goes over the information and always making sure all my questions and concerns are addressed. I don’t think I could ever leave Lexus.
