Service terrific. Waiting area undesirable. If u keep people waiting 2 to 3 hours, you should have more than coffee & water.
It doesn’t have to be sandwiches or the like, but packaged chips, cookies or pretzels.

My service advisor Carlos was awesome. The attention to detail was outstanding. The only issue was the cost. The additional cost for tire rotation is a bit too much. I have a Mazda as well and the service is great and the cost of changing the oil includes tire rotation and it’s a bit less.

Ryan is an incredible asset to your company. He deserves a raise! The way you treat this man is a disgrace. People are coming off the street and being hired and making more money than him. It’s not bad enough that you treat your customers like garbage now because you took away the lounge and everything else But it’s unnecessary to treat your longtime employees this way. The only reason that I keep coming back to JM Lexus is because of Ryan. If he was to ever leave your company I’m certain you would all go out of business. Do something about this!

I had a front facing camera put in my car. The gentleman who tried to explain how it worked didn’t understand my questions. He just kept saying yes, it will work. Once I got home and tried to find the feed on my phone I had a difficult time hooking up to the Wi-Fi to get the feed.
I was able to get the feed while in my car, but once I stepped into my house, the feed disappeared. It was very frustrating.
I don’t understand why I can’t use data to get the videos off the camera like I do with my other cameras around my house.
I called back and asked to speak to an IT guy, but he wasn’t in and they were going to have the original gentleman call me back.. I told him I would just wait until I was back in town next week and come in and have the IT guy show me what I’m doing wrong.
