I came in with a liking front tire. When I called for on appointment, I was told I didn’t need one “ to just come in . The service girl that took care of me was not able to help me much . The sales department must have made a mistake. I bought extended for my tires when I bought the car in December. 2024 .She told me that I didn’t have it . I had to go to sales and ask for a manager . Mike Cooke came to my rescue He was very helpful. However this took from 2:00 pm to 5 pm . This is unacceptable. I purchased 2 cars from you in the last 2 years and I have only bought Lexus since 1990 at the same dealership in Highland Park. My frustration was bigger because I had a Dr. appointment made a month ago ,had to cancel in the last minute since I couldn’t live the dealership my car was in service . Hopefully this may help you to train your workers better. Sincerely Uliana Kranzler .

When I checked in for my appointment, I was informed it would take about 90 minutes. My appointment was 11 am. My check in was completed about 11:15 am. I was informed by the gentleman that it would take about 90 minutes. I informed the gentleman that I had a little ding on my car and he said he will get me a quote for the repair. He later provided me a quote and told me he was going to lunch and that someone else was going to finish up with my service. At 12:49. I received my multipoint inspection with my car. I waited an additional hour and the same gentleman came out and told me that it took longer because there was an issue with the battery testing machine which caused the delay. I understand things can come up, but I would’ve appreciated being kept informed during the wait. I felt as though I was overlooked, which was very frustrating, considering the significant time difference than what was originally communicated. I tried finding someone and no one was available. My salesman was with a customer. Others were on the phone. In light of the extended time and the lack of communication, I would like to request a complementary oil change for a future visit as a gesture of Goodwill. I value your service and I would like to continue coming here, but I hope this experience can be taken into consideration.
