I dropped the car off and the attendant told me to go to the waiting area and that Christian would contact me. 30 minutes later he phoned and told me that I should have seen him first and that they would need me to sign papers to proceed but I didn’t get any until I was leaving. No one told me my car was finished- I had to ask. It took another 15 minutes to get the car, almost 2 hours after I dropped it off. For something that was supposed to take 58 minutes.

Why did I get texts about service? I just bought a brand new vehicle last week and I am getting texts as if the car is in service. The texts ask me if I need new tires and also the latest asks if I need a trade in value. There is clearly something wrong with your system. I took a screenshot of the texts o am getting and wish I could attach that to this feedback. Disappointing to know the dealer I bought from is so far off base with the communication I am receiving.
