The communication was very poor. We dropped off the car at the scheduled time and 45 minute later, we get a call from you to ask if we were going to drop off the car. You had the wrong car on file, you had the wrong primary phone number. You are texting my husband instead of me.

Great service! When I came to pick up car today the gentleman who helped me could tell I was in a hurry and got me taken care of right away! He was so nice and intuitive really appreciated it! I didn't get his name unfortunately but I returned a navy blue 350 loaner and I have a white 350 he drove up for me. What a SUPER GUY!! I was there somewhere around 115 I believe. Thanks again! The timing for the oil change and tire check and car wash was quoted at 58 minutes but it took two hours or more.
So I'm just saying if you quiot a time you should live up to it.
Also my rep. Was nowhere to be found and when they finally said it was ready and had me sit outside and wait it still took another 20/25 minutes
