POOR service needs to be more HONEST with customers I was told the insurance wouldn't cover the tire I then took my Lexus to longo Lexus in EL MONTE and tires were covered I didn't have to pay anything. My personal advice Lexus in EL MONTE should send their service representatives to crown Lexus in Ontario and retrain them. Keep up the good service longo Lexus.
