I brought my vehicle back as the tire pressure display was not detecting tire pressure but my application was. He provided confident information however, he also offered to have his technician look at the vehicle. I agreed to run the car first which resolved the issue Alfred had suggested, I called to notify him. I was very pleased with his level of professionalism.

- salesman said discount would be provided over the phone but didn’t seem to remember and then tried to charge me more than agreed upon
- car was completed one day after estimated wait
- complimentary oil change was offered but not delivered by time of checkout
pros
- Mark was friendly and accommodating and ultimately made it right
- overall friendly employees and good environment at the dealership
- smooth and quick process with loaner vehicle
Overall, the employees were friendly and easy to communicate with but trying to charge me more than what was agreed upon AFTER the job was already completed was very shady.

Why does the statement say 10,000 mile service when the vehicle has 40,000? Why is the next oil change sticker say it’s in 5,000 miles? I thought it was good for 10,000 miles. Ryan was quite pleasant and I didn’t see these things prior to leaving so I was not able to discuss them with him yet. I am hoping to talk with him tomorrow or on Monday to ask these questions. I brought my vehicle in for service and wanted to share some concerns regarding my experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the level of service provided. After the appointment, I noticed that the car was not cleaned and washed which I had expected as part of the service.
Additionally, I called to request an update and left a message, but I did not receive a return call. I believe communication is an important part of customer service, and I was hoping for a more responsive experience.
