I was there at 7:15 waiting in line on the left side. I was the first to pull in for my 7:30 appointment. The customer techs started waiting on the back of the row instead of the front. That probably set me back an hour. Then I wait patient for a stupid software upgrade that was just Toyota steeling my personal data. I am a retired it guy and I’ve done many firmware/software upgrades. I know when someone just blows off the job. I mentioned I had to wait as you don’t shuttle to Columbia city. I watched everyone come and go for 4 hours. Last time I thought my car was in the parking lot after a software upgrade and it sat there for an hour. I thought no way that’s my car but it was. I actually question the oil changes as well. I think I can do better than your sorry staff and angry techs. I felt the heat from the tech today because I watched do both with my car even though I mentioned my urgency. I will never wait again. You should take care of the folks waiting when you have so many getting shuttled. You need to honor the ones who get their in time and not work from the back or closest to the counter.

For a $700 service bill I think you could have returned a washed car. My Lexus always comes back cleaned when it is serviced sg the dealership. Makes the visit a better experience.

I had an appointment at 10:30 and needed an oil change, tire rotation and possibly tires. I was entire to Houston from Kaplan and felt this would the opportune time to get this done. I assumed it would take about 1.5 hours. Upon arrival it took about 20minutes for-the advisor to come outside but I thought oh well they are very busy so I will be patient. After checking things out it was found that I did indeed need two new tires, so I gave permission to do that. (How long could that take?) After hours on end I patiently waited. At 2:52 pm (4.5 hours after my arrival), I received a text saying my car was ready. I then proceeded to pay my bill and went out to the car pickup area and waited with my grandchildren for my car. The guys at the service desk were kind of goofing off while I was waiting. About 23 minutes later after the outside service guys kind of left, one of them came over and asked if I was waiting for my car. I replied that I was and he asked for my receipt which I handed to him. He proceeded to check on things and walked to the area where finished cars are parked and lo and behold my car was parked there . (I wonder for how long) I actually got into my car and began my trip about 3:30. I was so disappointed in the service in general. We have been so satisfied with y’all up to this point. This day was quite a let down.

I made an appointment for an oil change at 9:45, when I arrived I was told it would be 1 hour to 1 and a half hours. That’s a long time for an oil change but I didn’t comment. My wife and I sat down and waited almost 2 hours, I finally when to the service desk and was told they hadn’t even started on my truck and it would be another 2 hours. Of course I was upset not only because they hadn’t started on my truck, but no one had the courtesy to come tell me. I took my truck and left, worse service ever! Will not be back!
