Andy was excellent, very kind and Courteous. Although my car took a while to get finished, and I had no ride home, he was on top of giving me updates on the status of my vehicle! I have had such a horrible experience with everyone I have encountered at valley hi Kia, and I would never recommend family or friends to purchase from this dealership, but Andy’s customer service was a 10/10. When you pay over $80 for an oil change is it asking too much to at least clean the windshield ? Seems like the service provided goes down regularly while the price charged goes up . Disappointing !!

Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. Had a problem with my front end, Kia recognized and repaired it (Zero cost me me!). Did not mind waiting, the social distancing was good, everyone “masked up” and refreshments were provided for whoever wanted. Good looking out!
