If my name on all paperwork is “Jennifer”, if I sign my name as “Jennifer”, if I am your client and paying for services (albeit pre-paid maintenance)...why do you feel it’s appropriate to call me “Jenn”? Have I ever interacted or suggested a friendship? No, I’ve been polite and made pleasant small talk. But never anything that would suggest a friendship. That will almost always ruin any “totally satisfied” rank. The way to fix is not to contact me with more patronizing small talk, but instead to seek corporate guidance and learn how to properly interact with customers.

I don’t need to be contacted. I’m done with this dealership and their lack of knowledge regarding recall-related work. I’ll never be bringing any of my vehicles here for maintenance ever again. I wish the staff was completely aware of the difference between recalls and extended warranties. Also, don’t lie to me and tell me my vehicle is ready and “safe to drive” when it cant even be driven off the lot without a tow truck. Whole service team needs retraining.

I brought my car in for a oil change and the next day my engine light came on. Howard and I have not been able to connect and of course it is Saturday. I would like to make an appointment to have my car served. I have to go to work on Monday morning. I would like to connect with someone in the service department to schedule an appointment.
