Yes I was satisfied with Brenda and customer service with Stuart. He was the one that listened to me about the ongoing problem if my car misfiring and was thoughtful enough to provide a rent a car for the 3 days KIA kept my car (second time they kept it for days for the same problem)I was thankful for that!
