Truc is the best service advisor on the hill. I came in thinking I needed a lot of work done and it turned out I didn’t snd she made sure that I replaced a tire that had some damage to the sidewalk. She’s the best and I will always go to her for my vehicle service.

Jay was great. However, I was not pleased with Kia determining that my ten free oil change program, that was provided as an enticement to buy my car, now is stated to apply only to 3 years or 36,000 miles. The salesman and sales manager didn't mention that when they were pitching the sale. I deeply resent this bait and switch technique.I believe you should refund my $62 charge and reinstate my remaining FREE oil changes.

He just need to be more compassionate about cars when explaining them like I’m a woman I don’t know nothing about cars like I felt like he didn’t care like I didn’t know the previous brake job I had was bad it’s wasn’t Kia fault because they didn’t do it I had just recently got my ball joint fixed Kia ..which turned out fine because I heard squeaking so I brought it back the following day like he was just to short talking when I had questions about it I don’t like him like overall all the other staff spoke and was kind but overall he need to stop shrugging his shoulders like if the tech gave you information on a vehicle then you take it back to the customer he should have answers instead of saying I don’t know maybe he been there doing this extremely too ooooo long !! It’s time to retire I will be returning on the 16th of this month if work need to be done I’m a paying customer I will pay because I trust this place first time here but next time I rather have someone making me feel like he know what he talking about and my car and helping me understand not like they just working to make ends meet !! I had previous work done but my car wasn’t squeaking when I came to get my wheel alignment so they said i can’t the alignment because my ball joint so I said fine I will fix it got that done also with a recall that they put tape on but he need to have Empathy for customers ... like understanding if I bring my car y’all recommend this I get it now my car squeaking when it wasn’t before then use what I told you I did with my brakes if I would have never said I got my breaks done then what they would have said you know I just didn’t like my first experience here but it’s fine it’s a pandemic I get it !!
