I came for an appointment and my name was not on the schedule. The appointment was set up by another representative to have a scratch fixed on my car caused during a maintenance service. That representative not only didn’t make note of the appointment but also neglected to make arrangements with the company that was to fix the scratch. I was not happy, having to plan on sitting the afternoon away since no rental was available. Chris however rose to the occasion and did his best to provide service and fix the problem. He salvaged the situation.
