I waited for awhile for someone to help me. Then when I got my car it was filthy outside. The man offered a car wash for free next week but I don’t have time. I’m busy with my kids and wish it would’ve been clean outside. Since it was on my initial receipt that it would have a car wash. No one needs to contact me I’ve already took it for a wash.
Also, through the whole experience when I brought my car everyone was nice but every time after that anyone I talked to seemed rushed to just get me out of there. On the phone and in person.

Gene determined, much to our relief, that we did not have a recurrence of our transmission problem. He showed us how to disable a feature that cut off the engine if stopped for a red light. It makes the engine smoother withouf it.
