Jim was GREAT!!!! Was very thorough on explaining everything being done to the vehicle today. He walked me out to my car AND TOOK IT THROUGH CAR WASH AGAIN BECAUSE HE WASNT SATISFIED WITH FIRST WASH!!! We will be back and hopefully Jim will be taking care of me again!!
