Mr. Castillo was extremely helpful and conscientious about answering all my questions. There was a city-wide power outage during my visit and I was kept well informed regarding this incident that was inconvenient for everyone involved - both staff and customers. During this whole event, Franklin remained calm, pleasant and available. This was not only a comfort for me but for the other customers as well. He and all the other staff helped us to get through it until service to our cars was successfully restored and completed. Thank you!

I had a check engine light that came on briefly last week. The Niro was already schedule to have a sensor replaced today so I asked if they could check to see what the code was. I was not told what the error was but rather it was caused because my “oil was like tar”. I asked if they could do an oil change today if time permitted and if not if I could schedule one. The service advisor refused to schedule me and told me I needed to have it done elsewhere because he didn’t want to damage the car. I was told this same thing in person when I picked up the vehicle. I drove directly from the dealership to Valvoline and had it replaced. I asked their service tech what the condition of the old oil was, they said it was dirty and needed changed but was not excessively dirty or tar like. Im still confused as to why the service department refused to schedule and oil change at the dealership.
