Jonathan is the best. I have delt with Edwardo and others before but all of them try to con you and never tell you the truth. Jonathan is the only one there who is honest and really gives a s**t about the customer and his vehicle. He should be the manager. He has the knowledge and temperament for that.

Service managers are extremely unorganized, ignore incoming phone calls, made an appointment and my car wasnt diagnosed until following day. The level of incompetence is over whelming. Ive watched both service managers lose paperwork to only find it sitting right in front of them where it was placed. I will never have my Kia serviced by paso kia again,

Not to worry! Your folks over there are on top of things and I understand that is not easy being thrusted back into Covid protocol with distancing and masks.
