On August 13,2021 I had my car service at Kia Bedford. Me and my husband today August 19,2021 one of my tires that Kia Bedford rotated my tires. The back passenger driver side tire is crooked. They put the tire back on sideways and also one of my lugs are missing. This is not good customer service. I am going to call Kia tomorrow and bring back my SUV so they can put the tire back on right and I want them to replace my missing lug on my hub cap. I will not bring my car here again to get repaired.

I've been complaining for 2 years about water getting into my headlights. Finally they replace the light bar after my husband went to complain. And I guess they didn't test it to see if problem was resolved! It wasn't and not only do the headlights still get water in them the bar needs to be checked out! Very disappointed with the service. You folks are very polite but your service is not top notch!
