Oil change and top off of fluids, tire check. Car wash offered at service was poorly done. Car was wet and covered with dirty water spots. It didn't look like it was washed, just rinsed. Windshield wiper shadow very obvious that the windshields were not washed ????????

The oil tank was open without the cap, there was oil leaking everywhere. The person who did the oil change did not put the cap back on . I am very disappointed something really bad could’ve happened .
