Lennie was wonderful, friendly and helpful. My complaint is that I had to call multiple times for updates on my car. Was told it would be done Monday, no call so on Tuesday I called and was told it should be done Wednesday. No call again so on Thursday I called and was told it was finished.
The service writers and mechanics I’ve dealt with have all been very personable and most importantly, did not talk down to me which has happened at other dealerships. Again, my only complaint is a lack of updates when my car was not done as expected.
