This has been a horrible experience dealing with this location and to much went wrong to type. I will say that our oil change took over 3 1/2 hours (with an appointment) and we had to order a part that was supposed to take 3 days to get here and I was just told it won't get here until maybe Monday. I am very disappointed in the service we received

My telluride has a software update and when I called to schedule an appointment to get it updated, I explained the situation. The lady on the phone booked me 3 weeks out when I called. My appointment day finally arrived and I got a phone call from the dealership explaining how there’s no software update that they can do and that I would need to do it from home. I knew doing it from home was an option, however it takes multiple hours. I have friends with Kia’s in different states and they were able to take theirs into their dealership to be updated so that it’s faster and less work on them. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, especially as I have a 14 hour drive soon and my Apple car play no longer works due to there being a new update. My software also glitches now randomly. For example my volume will go to full blast when I turn the vehicle on and if I have my phone plugged in, I cannot listen to any music at all. I’m also 100% positive there’s an update that my car does not have and I think it’s ridiculous that a software update falls under the responsibility of the owner to do at their home while their car is running for hours.
