Everyone there was exceptionally polite. No problems there. When texted that my vehicle was ready, I paid for the service, however, it was another 20 minutes before picking up my car. Also, was told my battery needed replacing. Had it tested afterwards in Marshall and was told my battery was fine. The person who tested it here said he wasn't saying it couldn't have tested bad earlier, but if it is not giving me any problems, then keep driving it until it does.

I brought my vehicle in for a front end alignment,, I also said that I felt the brakes were metal on metal,, and when I got the vehicle back the car was still pulling to the right, the car does not appear to have been worked on nor have the brakes been addressed,, also I noticed a few times the faint smell of gas which I'd like addressed. Regretfully one other time I bought a vehicle that turned out to need the engine replaced,, ended up replacing the engine but it took 4 months and I'm hoping that these issues can be resolved in a timely manner and that I have a better working relationship with Crowley Kia

Matt Blatt Service Department is excellent. It’s one of the main reasons I like KIA Vehicles and recommend their vehicles to family and friends. The KIA Cars I had in the past and my current 2016 Sportage have and continue to serve me well. I believe in Preventive Maintenance and know if you take care of the car the car will take care of you. In other words Don’t wait for something to happen. Abigail went way beyond the call of service Vacuuming, and cleaning inside of windows (which is hard for me to get at). She is a real asset to your dealership.
