I was satisfied with the work done however was not pleased to see that money was stolen out of my car. I know there was three people that was in my car, Jonathan, the guy who gave me the sticker to give to Jonathan, and the guy that filled in when Jonathan was off.

Karen had a bad attitude. I felt she accused me of changing my mileage because someone had written it down incorrectly as 60,000 when in reality the car only had 45,000. I felt she didn’t want to help me. In fact I was so annoyed with how condescending and unhelpful she was I decided to take my business elsewhere.

The lack of communication was completely out of line and the way we were talked to by Jacquelyn was appalling. Megan did make things right in the end but it did not make up for the other issues.
