Well although Brenda did acknowledge me and had me hold on while she finished up she was busy so she has another Hispanic lady tall with dark black hair help me both times that I was told to go with brenda. Brenda was very nice and did always let me know she'd be with me but did have another lady help me so I wouldn't wait to long for her and I did appreciate that . Everyone in service is always nice and so far all the work has been great since going to valley hi Kia over the past 3 years
