To whom it my concern.. First off I'm a repeated customer.. have purchased 4 Kia's in the pass 8 years.. but the way I was treated these pass few weeks is very unprofessional..for a No brake light issue.. it's very sad how most car dealerships work.. when buying a New car they treat you with kindness, respect, often offer to buy you food... but after you've purchased the vehicle that's it.. they forget you... if you happen to have any issues with the car, try making an appointment, it's usually weeks away.. when you finally get it into the service dept. first thing they tell you is.. "there's fee to diagnose the problem.. in my case I knew what the problem was, but that didn't matter to them, they were only interested that I understood I was paying the fee... another complaint I have, the service guy who works in San Bernadino needs to be sent to a Human Behavior class.. the way he talks to people is VERY unprofessional.. or maybe it was because I'm Hispanic.. I've said what I had to say and this will be our last Kia we purchase.. forgot to mention that I had to get Kia Labor Relations involved in this.. they were really great in helping out, for a simple fit. Unfortunately, the items that I’d received a phone call about last month to say that they were ready to install (items “owed” at purchase of my Niro EV, which I *adore*!) were in fact not available when I arrived for my appointment this afternoon. Not at all through the fault of the service advisor, but it was disappointing to make a 60-mile round trip and not be able to complete the installation. Truc was great, and very apologetic about the situation, even though it wasn’t her fault in any way.
I made the appointment online last week, so it would have been good if someone had confirmed that the equipment I referenced in my appointment request was, in fact, available, but at the end of the day, people are human. As I said today to another service staffer, if this is the worst thing to happen all day, it’s been a pretty good day. When everything is in stock, hopefully in a week or so, I’ll return to complete the job. Thx, and make more EVs!!

Anthony is AWESOME! He had taken care of me in the past with my previous Kia that was not actually purchased at Kia of Bedford.
