I was lied to about shuttle service for pick up. And I felt like I had to bed to get shuttle service home after dropping off my car. Will never use this dealership again. I’d rather give my business to a competitor or drive an hour away to a different Kia dealership if I have too. That’s how poorly I was treated.

Josef is a very nice person. I have found the dealership is so much more expensive for service and repairs. Until the dealerships become competitive on repairs, there will be sceptisism on the part of customers, especially female customers. Honest service makes good buyers, especially female buyers.
