Was told would take about an hour. Took 2 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation. Anthony was great though. Nothing against him.

Had our appointment at 8:40 in the morning, then received a phone call around 2 pm long after we picked up our finished service. It was some woman asking why we weren’t at our appointment, and then instead of apologizing for the miscommunication continued to try to get us to come back down and trade in our car. Not the best last impression. The service team was friendly however, and got everything done in a great time frame.
