I have driven the car to Cincinnati and back to Cleveland. Unfortunately, the noise still happening. The technician did mention that it would take a few thousand miles for the tires to be even. However, what if the noise does not go away after that?? I'll keep driving and I'll let you know on my next visit.

I took my car into your company yesterday to have a check engine light and OEM cruise control kit installed on my 2013 Kia Rio for lack of better words your most experienced mechanic could not install it and stated it was not compatible with my car. I was still charged two hours of labor... and this fueled me to try to do it myself. After one hour of work, I have cruise control. I am livid that your mechanic didn't do any research to actually give an honest try. I believe you would understand that I am expecting some sort of refund due to your companies incompetence. I will be in to see the manage on Monday or Tuesday. Thanks.
