Candice is a very good service rep. However, I have taken my car in to be serviced twice and the intermittent stalling continues. In addition, a simple rear light bulb was supposedly checked and marked as ok. It was not. I have lost confidence in the service departments technical expertise. I do not plan to return to this service department.

My car was done. I had a schedule and everything was great with the service technicians and the people have helping. However, the words and phrases that were thrown around a lot by everybody in every department in various ways, even over the phone were (Right now & give me a second). Every time this was said it ended up turning out to be a 3 to 8 minute wait. Maybe instead of saying right now and give me a second. Should be rephrased to give me a couple minutes and I'll take care of that for you. Or give me a couple minutes and I'll be right with you. A second and right now are instantaneous. When you're told something like that and it ends up being 3 to 8 minute wait you kind of field left and forgotten. It's not a good feeling as a customer waiting. Everyone can appreciate time is money. And I don't like wasting either one

Ramez, thank you for your transparency… I arrived to your dealership extremely irritated and frustrated with Honda but your customer service and honesty gave me peace of mind. I appreciate when I am given updates and when I’m treated like a human. Originally I went to vista because of the convenience to get to my job but now I’ll continue to go because of the customer service I received from Ramez. After 3 years of struggling with a car issue and still not having a real solution from Honda it’s been tough but employees like Ramez keep this company going and while I could be upset I’m not, I’m just thankful that he took me seriously and that the technicians worked hard to find a solution. Thank you Ramez and the Vista Technicians!

I was waiting for 4.45 hours I was 7.30 I have apoiment in the time was ready I have to weigh for son art to help me to pay l leave at 12.09 because sombary tall me my car was in the fron look ???? for my car nobody tall me I was very absent with costumer service????

She did not take care of my car in a timely manner. I was first in line and she let another car go in front of me knowing I had a deadline; She didn’t even know where it was. But she got her makeup put on in the restroom. Very unhappy with her service. I found Issac the service manager and he took care of it.
