For being my 1st maintenance required for my car I am disappointed. My car requires a rotation and multi-inspection done. Which I hope they completed but what I thought they would do is also inflate my tires to the recommend psi for my prologue EV which is 38. I left there with 35 psi on all four tires. Poor service from the entire team, from advisor to technician. Definitions has dropped over the years

Today Edward was assigned to support me with trunk closure alignment issue on my new CRV.
