It was a pleasant surprise on my 3rd visit at Norm Reeves Genesis that they have relocated to a dedicated Genesis Showroom and Service! Very well fitting of the luxury Genesis offers. And your staff are very courteous and friendly - all / everyone I encountered today. But the true delight was the excellent and prompt service I received from Edwin Rivas! I initially purchased my GV70 from Corona but my home location puts me in between Ontario and Cerritos Genesis. We visited both and found a warm welcome from the Hyundai/Genesis staff at the time. Albeit it wasn’t as nice and modern as the Ontario Genesis , I choose to give my business to the team at Norm Reeves. Today cements my loyalty to your new store and your staff.
