We made an appt. Showed up on time. Drove into the service area and stood by our car and waited for someone to acknowledge that we were present. It didn’t happen. After we waited a mechanic from the other end of the service area walked over and asked if we had been helped. We went inside. No one in the service dept wears a name tag. They don’t identify themselves. You are asking your customers to turn over their key and car to an anonymous person. On another occasion we have already had the experience of talking to the parts dept and being asked, “Who were you talking with in the service dept?” We did not know. There is absolutely no cost to you to fix this problem. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced I was thinking about the mistake I made buying a car from Norm Reeves Subaru. Afterward Patrick Wortham helped us with our questions about the functions on the dash board of the car. He was very helpful. Later in the day I contacted Patrick to share with him that the car was not washed as promised and he offered his apology and offered to have it washed if we would return. Of course, when someone forgets to wash the car it crosses your mind.”I wonder if they forgot anything else.”
