When we have to take our car in for service, we always ask for Leo now. In the beginning when we didn’t know anyone there and we didn’t have a great experience with other reps . Leo was the one to offer to help us and ever since then we always ask for Leo. He is great at his job and always making sure our car gets fixed and done in a timely manner. He made it less painful to take our car in for service. Thank you !!!

I paid for service and told to go to the front of the dealership to get my car. The car was not there and was told to go to the back. Went there was confronted by a service employee that I could not get my car. This confrontation was witnessed by a lot of people. I felt like I was treated like a criminal. I have spent thousands of dollars here and was not respected. Staff need to communicate with each other before making their customers look like fools. I will be waiting for the corporate phone survey to echo this. I wanted to speak to Christina but she was "not available.% very disappointed to say the least.
