Apparently there was a mixup concerning charges, service and vehicles. I received a fob for a vehicle that wasn't mine and I paid for a service I thought I received. In actuality, I never received the service. I have tried contacting the service department back but I am not getting anywhere nor have I received a call back. I understand mix-ups happen, but I am a very busy and would love to receive a timely response even if it is my mistake.
