Advisor wasn’t helpful and was charged for items not included in the A1 service. A1 service per Honda is only A oil change 1 tire rotation. Why would advisor take it upon himself to do other services is beyond my comprehension. Also the coupons I showed advisor were not accepted, his explanation wasn’t satisfactory. Moving forward there should be more transparency and aligned with what’s on the Honda website.
