Ariel was great no problems there.
So when I got into the car, the radio was changed the seating was changed. The air conditioning was changed when they do these kind of things. Your service department needs to put them back to where they were. I think that’s very important. I am 83 years old and believe it or not the thinking is kinda tricky so I don’t need things changed on me just confuse it’s me and also they put the blue tape on the window that was replaced and they didn’t tell me about it they need to take time to explain things before I leave. The tape doesn’t even stick is blowing in the wind. They should use a tape that sticks better if it’s important.

Richard could use a little retraining in customer service. I ordered another part that you guys are going to install next Saturday, and he reluctantly wrote my information down so he can inputted in the system later, after he tried to tell me to call to make an appointment over the phone. I thought that was poor on his behalf, especially after the parts department sent me there to make an appointment.
