Its ridiculous to charge a loyal customer $100 to get a sync update. Before I took my car in for my speaker to be fixed my sync was working fine and now it's not. Just very frustrating and I'm not happy. I drove back and the tech said yeah just have to update it and smirked. I lost my job and my car won't work right because I can't afford to pay $100 bucks for an update. Ridiculous

Nate was great, friendly and professional. My issues with the vehicle were not completely resolved even after leaving the vehicle overnight. Now I have to wait to see if Honda will approve my warranty repair which means I have to return for the third time for the same problem.

I have always had good experiences at Honda service and this was no exception. Nathan explained the extra work required (brake pads) and the cost, and there was very little additional wait. This is my third CRV and all my servicing has been done at the Irvine store.
