Mr. Brucks was very professional and he arranged for my car's service to be completed within a fully acceptable amount of time. The repair took numerous days due to lack of ability to diagnose the issue. We got a rental car that smelled like a cigarette ****. We would have exchanged it but everyday we were told repair would be done by the next day. A very disappointing experience.
