This dealer let alone the staff here are beyond terrible. I have taken my vehicle in for multiple services (axles, compressor, condenser, etc.) in the past 2 months and every time my experience here has been terrible. This last visit was truly very disappointing. If your manager, Joseph takes pride in using tip ties to “resecure” a bumper, then that’s truly speaks for the type of services this dealer offer. Your manager, Joseph provided terrible customer service along with Trinity Guzman who clearly are not working at Honda to help their customers. I would love for someone to contact me to discuss further but I will never take my car in for service here, nor will I recommend anyone.
