Everyone was very friendly and welcoming despite with how crazy this pandemic can be. Everyone from the service to sales dept were super friendly. Samuel was super nice and helpful. He talked me thru everything so I knew what I needed to do with my vehicle. It was an easy and somewhat quick process but I’ll definitely be back because of Samuel and the rest of the friendly staff.

Picked up my vehicle from having some work done, when we got it the window was not working ( it was working 100%when we brought the car into the shop), was told to bring it back next day. When we arrived we were being dealt with by Omar Cabrera. He was very rude and disrespectful, raising his voice to me and my husband in front of everyone. Even though he was insisting we pay almost $250. to fix the window the window that was broken while at your shop, I had to walk away because of how he was treating me. I will never deal with him again.

No complaints. Everything was great. The day I made the appointment the poor girl was working by herself and commanding her position! When I brought it in for service today, she took care of everything and even called to warn me the tires were wearing uneven. So we did the alignment. She saved me money! The alignment is $99. New tires are way more! Thankful for her dedication.
